    POSITION OVERVIEW

    s a Senior Facility Human Resources Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:

    • Lead HR strategies including recruitment, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
    • Serve as a coach and advisor to plant leadership on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
    • Conduct internal investigations into sensitive employee issues while ensuring confidentiality.
    • Drive change management efforts across the plant as a proactive change agent.
    • Oversee HR compliance, AAP development, compensation planning, benefits administration, and training.
    • Ensure alignment with California labor laws and company HR policies.
    • Manage and develop a team of two HR professionals.
    • Provide flexible support to meet the needs of a 24/7 facility, including occasional after-hours and on-call responsibilities.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Facility Human Resources Manager who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Facility Human Resources Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, or 12+ years without a degree.
    • t least 1 year of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
    • Strong foundation in employee relations, coaching, recruiting, and compliance.
    • Experience in change management, conflict resolution, and talent development.
    • bility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, production-driven environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP or Workday preferred.
    • Preferred qualifications: PHR or SPHR certification and familiarity with California employment law.
