- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
- Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders: Payroll, IT, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, etc. to ensure communications, program, and process alignment and compliance across U.S region and during international expansion.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute people operations (HR) programs including but not limited to compliance, benefits, internal business controls, disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; recruitment, recognition, and training and development.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Prepare analytic reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, and other People Operations metrics.
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, this position may also involve responsibilities related to SOX compliance.
- Initiate and execute special projects.
- Proficiency with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS systems.
- A point of view about People topics and are willing to share it and are also deeply interested in the perspectives of others while maintaining a clear business acumen.
- Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgement with sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience working in a multi-state employer preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Some travel will be expected (10%)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field, or at least three years of human resources management or people operations experience.
