    Description

    Responsibilities

    :
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the full lifecycle of Talent Acquisition and recruitment.
  • Partner cross functionally with key stakeholders: Payroll, IT, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, etc. to ensure communications, program, and process alignment and compliance across U.S region and during international expansion.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute people operations (HR) programs including but not limited to compliance, benefits, internal business controls, disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; recruitment, recognition, and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Prepare analytic reports and metrics, including headcount, turnover, and other People Operations metrics.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity, this position may also involve responsibilities related to SOX compliance.
  • Initiate and execute special projects.
  • Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS systems.
  • A point of view about People topics and are willing to share it and are also deeply interested in the perspectives of others while maintaining a clear business acumen.
  • Strong ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and exercise judgement with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Experience working in a multi-state employer preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Some travel will be expected (10%)
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days per week.
  • Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field, or at least three years of human resources management or people operations experience.
