    Data Analyst - Cyber & Digital Risk Management (C&DR)

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Cyber & Digital Risk Management (C&DR) team at BD. This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and providing insightful data analytics to support our cybersecurity operations and maturity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, analyze, interpret and report data to provide actionable insights for the cybersecurity team.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize operational and executive metrics.
    • Conduct data quality assessments and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data.
    • Create and present operational and executive reports to team leaders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
    • Design and maintain portfolio metrics dashboards to track the performance of cybersecurity initiatives.
    • Support the development of ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 3+ years' experience in data analytics and visualizations or related field
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

    $89,800.00 - $148,100.00 USD Annual
