    **Description**

    As one of our Sales Associates, you will be build interactive relationships with our guests by enhancing their buying experience, demonstrating product knowledge, working in a collaborative environment and driving revenue.

    **JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

    The following is what we are looking for in our Sales Associates:

    Confidence: to make eye contact and initiate a conversation with strangers

    Innate friendliness and curiosity: genuine niceness and inquisitiveness

    Respect: an environment governed by mutual respect and dignity

    Positivity: smile and start the relationship off on a good note

    Proactive: anticipate, initiate conversation, be one step ahead of your guests and provide them with product education

    Empathy: see things from your guest and co-workers perspective

    Articulate: communication effectively with guests, co-workers and management

    Flexibility: ability to roll with the punches when things dont go as planned

    Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: (1) transporting up to 50 pounds; (2) bending, stooping, lifting; (3) working while standing for long periods of time.

    **NOTE:** Prior sales experience is a plus.
