Are you a hard-working individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for a cook at our omelet station at our breakfast buffet. We need someone who can handle preparing the food station, and cooking a high volume of food, and ensuring that all food safety and storage regulations are followed. Our ideal candidate has food industry experience, preferably cooking in a high-volume environment, or fast-casual restaurants, and a willingness to learn. We need a team player who is ready to work alongside other crew members and has excellent time-management skills. $15 - $19 hourly

• Prepare omelets in accordance with the instructions/items stated and/or wanted by the hotel guest
• Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste management
• Finish each shift by sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning countertops, and wiping down any other surfaces that were used
• Ready food stations by washing, cutting, dicing, and chopping items needed for food prep
• Use thermometers to check that food has reached an appropriate temperature before serving it
• Keep all workstations, counters, cooking equipment, and refrigerators clean and sanitary according to health and safety rules

• Previous experience working in fast food or quick service restaurants is preferred
• Needs to be able to multitask, prioritize, and have excellent time management skills
• Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Candidates must be hardworking, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic
