- Leading direct reports, group leaders and their teams, and serving clients in technical settings, such as laboratories or manufacturing facilities
- Monthly meetings with each direct report, the Eurofins department, and client managers

- Scientific background with hands on QC laboratory experience - preferably in either Raw Materials testing or Sample Handling

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

- Business Management education or experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or other science related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience
- 4+ years of hands on QC in a pharmaceutical setting
- 4+ years of Leadership experience
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
