    In this role as a Customer Experience Support Associate, you'll be the backbone of our call center operations, handling a mix of standard and unique administrative tasks that keep our customer interactions smooth and professional.

    You'll have the chance to flex your organizational muscles and show off your communication skills as you tackle phone duties and clerical work that are vital to our team's success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handling mail items
    • Data entry
    • Creation or completion of reporting
    • Title work processing
    • Extension/due date change processing
    • Calling customers and dealers
    • Identifying funds received and paid in full processing

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Assertive, clear, and concise oral and written communication skills
    • Must be detailed oriented
    • Ability to work independently as well as operate as part of a team
    • Competent PC and keyboard skills
    • Accurate typing skills of 40 wpm
    • Proficient in Excel
    • Ability to stand, bend, and squat for lengthy periods of time to file documents
    • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed
