    ~Our organization is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly experienced Permanent Director of Revenue Cycle Management. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entirety of our revenue cycle management processes, with a focus on medical billing. This role is integral to our operations as it ensures the financial health of our organization and the satisfaction of our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, third party billing, Medicare, medical claims auditing, medical appeals, claim denials, medical insurance billing, commercial medical insurance billing, and more.
    As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, you will:
    Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, from patient registration to final payment collection.
    Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding medical billing and coding.
    Lead and manage a team of billing and coding professionals, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    Manage relationships with third-party payers and negotiate contracts as necessary.
    Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of medical billing and coding.
    Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle.
    A minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on medical billing.
    Expertise in ICD-9 coding, insurance verification, EMR systems, home health care billing, and Medicare billing.
    Proven experience managing a team and leading successful process improvements.
    Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to medical billing and coding.
    Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and use it to inform strategic decisions.
    A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management or related fields are preferred.
