    Description

    Role: WMS Techno Functional Consultant

    Location: Charlotte, NC

    Job description:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the retail industry.
    • Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and their integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, POS).
    • Proficiency in Oracle Forms and PL/SQL for customizations and reporting.
    • Knowledge of industry-standard WMS modules (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment, pick-pack-ship processes).
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
    • Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training.
    • Certifications related to WMS (e.g., Manhattan WMOS, Oracle WMS Cloud, Blue Yonder WMS) are a plus.
