    Job Description:

    As a Client Services Associate, you will be an integral part of the team, acting as the primary liaison between the tax professionals and clients. Your role will be crucial in managing and facilitating the flow of information and documentation, ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the tax preparation process.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries, and providing timely updates.

    Efficiently manage document filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

    Facilitate the transfer of documentation between clients and tax services, ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately processed and handled.

    Scan and upload all relevant documentation into our secure vault system, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of client information.

    Handle and direct phone calls, providing courteous and professional assistance to both clients and colleagues.

    Maintain thorough records of client interactions and transactions, documenting details in the client relationship management (CRM) system.

    Requirements:

    1+ years of experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably within a tax, accounting, or legal environment.

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

    Proficiency in office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with document management systems.

    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
