    We are looking for a compassionate licensed Home Health Aide/CNA to join our growing team The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes. We have open positions and are looking for the very best to support clients in their homes in the Metro Detroit Area, Macomb County and Oakland County.

    Hours are flexible, and you have the ability to arrange visits around your schedule

    Skilled Home Care Pay starts at $30 per visit plus mileage, which is reimbursed for required travel outside of to your first patient and home from your last patient.

    For Private Home Care patient $16.50 per hour and up

    Qualification:

    • Current license from the State of Michigan to practice as a Licensed Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant
    • Licensed driver with insured automobile which is in good working condition.
    • Possesses current CPR certification.
    • Current negative TB testing/screening
    • Freedom from illegal use of drugs; freedom from use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
    • Persons who have been found guilty by a court of law of abusing, neglecting, or mistreating individuals in a health care related setting are ineligible for employment in the position.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with intake and case managers to be given a list of patients to see each week.
    • Reach out to the patients to schedule visits to meet frequency.
    • Assist with showers and adls for home bound patients.
    • Work with other care team members (RN, PT, OT, SLP) to instruct patients on how to perform tasks more independently before being d/c from home care.
