As our Company continues to grow in stores and headcount, the conversation about and actions around DEI have also expanded. Since 2016, ethnic diversity at our leadership levels (from Director to our Board) has improved at each level by as much as 20%. Gender diversity has improved in these groups by as much as 12%.

AutoZone’s Internship Program is designed to give students a challenging, hands-on experience in the corporate retail industry. The Seven Seals Award is presented in recognition of significant individual or organizational achievement, initiative, or support that promotes and supports the ESGR mission, to include the efforts of the more than 4,500 volunteers who carry out the ESGR mission across the Nation on a daily basis.

WE RECOGNIZE OUR MILITARY TEAM

The pins are designed with red, white, and blue to honor the American flag. The four (4) red stripes represent the 4 lines of the AutoZone Pledge, and the six (6) stars represent the 6 AutoZone Values. Military Service pins are worn on the right collar of an AutoZone dress code shirt. These pins will be presented by managers during Extra Miler meetings.
