Use python to model the four symptoms of existing patients: pneumonia-negative, typical symptoms, uncertain symptoms and atypical symptoms in medical dcm files, classify and complete the prediction of symptoms for unknown patients.

2021.6-2021.8     Prediction of Protein Structure   

Use pymol to complete protein structure processing and realize protein slicing for further prediction of unknown protein structures to reduce the lab work for finding the structure of proteins.

Use C++ to complete the space gravity model, create a simple framework and use Newton's second law and the law of universal gravity to calculate the force and acceleration between the planets to simulate the trajectory of the planet in the universe.

Use the C++ complex tree structure and framework to build basic arithmetic nodes, complete the complex calculations in front root sequence, middle root sequence and back root sequence through the tree structure; record each calculation and used command of the customer.
