I’m a US Navy Veteran, experienced in both Military and Civilian leadership. I’m passionate about team building and I feel that the true mark of a leader is the success of those they lead. I do not believe in making excuses or passing blame, but rather in taking ownership and working toward solutions. That said, I’m not a micromanager and my goal is to empower my team to make their own decisions toward our common goal.
Outside of work I enjoy archery, competitive trail running, and working on home improvement projects.
