With 20 years of experience in intelligence analysis, targeting, and ISR operations, I have developed a diverse skill set spanning all-source intelligence, SIGINT exploitation, OSINT research, and multi-domain operational planning. Throughout my career in Marine Corps intelligence, I have supported combatant commands, special operations forces, and joint intelligence teams, providing actionable intelligence to drive mission success.

Starting as a Signals Intelligence Analyst, I honed expertise in SIGINT exploitation, target development, and network analysis, which evolved into broader roles in all-source fusion, intelligence collection management, and ISR integration. My experience leading intelligence teams and training future analysts has strengthened my ability to develop intelligence strategies, oversee high-stakes operations, and mentor teams in structured analytic techniques (SATs).

 

Multi-Source Intelligence Fusion – Integrating SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and GEOINT to develop threat assessments and targeting intelligence.
