I’ve always been tech-savvy—growing up, I loved building computers and figuring out how to make things run better and faster. That passion led me to study Information Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I built a strong foundation in data and business analytics—working with large datasets to clean, analyze, and uncover insights for data-driven decisions.

I started my career at Mimecast in marketing operations, which was a great fit for my analytical and tech-oriented mindset. I enjoyed solving problems, consulting across teams, and learning the ins and outs of the marketing tech stack. Since then, I’ve been working part-time at 986 Productions and PocketCoach while taking the opportunity to reset and figure out the next step.

What I’ve realized is that I love the customer-facing side of my work just as much as the technical side. I’m now looking for a role where I can deepen my marketing ops expertise while continuing to grow that human connection side of the craft.

I have a strong foundation in data and business analytics, developed during my time at the University of Colorado Boulder, where I worked extensively with large datasets to drive clear, actionable insights. Professionally, I started at Mimecast in a marketing operations role, where I combined my analytical skills with a tech-savvy mindset to optimize processes, problem-solve, and support cross-functional teams.

Following Mimecast, I’ve taken on part-time roles with 986 Productions and PocketCoach, giving me continued hands-on experience while also exploring my career direction. Through these roles, I’ve found a passion for the customer-facing side of the work and am now focused on growing into a more specialized role that combines my marketing ops background with strategic, customer-focused impact.

I earned a degree in Information Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, where I built a strong foundation in data and business analytics. My coursework and projects focused on working with large datasets—cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover insights and support decision-making. This program sharpened both my technical and strategic thinking skills, setting the stage for my career in marketing operations and analytics.
