Young-Young Ma

Self-starter and enthusiastic team player holding academic and workplace experience; a keen understanding of business and financial analytics including competitive marketing analysis, cost benchmarking, product analysis, raw materials and cost-benefit analysis, and change communication. Leverages interpersonal skills, qualitative and quantitative methods, and critical thinking skills to collect, translate, and present key data insights. Seeking to blend fluencies in business administration and finance analytics to shape business sustainability, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.

I have provided email campaign lists, weekly KPI reports, and campaign process support. I also used SQL database to query data and prepared weekly detailed customers, transactions, and sales reports.  From there, I learned how to enter 3rd party data and product price information into SQL database, manage data check processes, and monitor and identify data discrepancies. Through it all, I cultivated strong relationships with engineers to collaboratively resolve issues. 

I graduated from Western Washington University with a major in Finance and a minor in Economics.
