As Director of Admissions at Ana G. Méndez University – Orlando, I lead a team focused on achieving enrollment targets through technology-driven recruitment strategies while ensuring compliance with FERPA regulations. Previously, as Regional Director of Recruitment and Admissions, I managed four campuses, developed innovative market expansion initiatives, and spearheaded programs to recruit military personnel and veterans.
