Yeoungjin Kim

I am Laboratory Technician or research assistant who specialized DNA and protein technology: PCR, RT-PCR, DNA extraction, E. coli mini prep, plasmid sub-cloning, cloning(restrict enzyme, Gibson cloning, and Gateway Cloning), protein exrpression, SDS-PAGE, and protein assay etc. 

I studied in Michigan State University and graduated 2023 degree as Biochemistry and molecular biology. I have more than 2 years expriences about research position or laboratory technician in Lundquist Lab in MSU. 

I currently work in Lundquist Lab as Volunteer undergraduate researcher position to research about uncharacterized protein from plant Arabidopsis Thaliana through mutant phenotype testing, cloning cDNA of protein to bacteria and cyano bacteria and 3D modeling protein to analyze protein characteristic and feature.

I mainly study about chemistry and biochemsitry and molecular biology to study about DNA and protein synthesis or biosynthesis. I learn most of technique about DNA and protein.
