The leadership expectations highlighted how to create a vision, coaching, listening, and making development a priority. 
  • Day to Day: Prepared and conducted job safety briefings, organized manpower, served as liaison between local mechanical team and locomotive utilization group, conducted operations testing, and performed monthly facility audits.
