I’m an experienced Human Resources executive who believes that people strategy is business strategy. For nearly two decades, I’ve led with empathy, accountability, and innovation to build workplaces where culture, engagement, and performance thrive together.

Most recently, as Senior Director of Human Resources at Vinson Hall Retirement Community, I partnered with leaders across all levels to strengthen organizational culture, drive retention, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion. I take pride in translating organizational goals into practical, human-centered solutions from leading workforce transformation during the pandemic to launching initiatives that improved engagement and reduced turnover by more than 30%.

My leadership philosophy is simple: listen deeply, act with integrity, and invest in people. I’m passionate about developing leaders, fostering belonging, and designing systems that make organizations stronger, more agile, and more humane.
