Winnie Glaspey

I have an engineering, supply chain and project management background with 9 years of experience in the construction and building design industry and 10 years in manufacturing. I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from the University of Minnesota. Currently I’m a Business Transformation Leader after 6.5 years as an Engineering Manager for Trane Technologies. 

Some of my top skills include critical thinking, root cause analysis, managing budgets and reporting progress to leadership and key stakeholders. I have great experience working with diverse groups, leading teams and partnering with people cross-functionally to deliver successful results. I am passionate about process excellence, change management and continuous improvement.
