I’m William Stansfield, the founder of Mental Marketing a freelance, contract, and project-based creative agency I launched in 2006. But honestly, my love affair with design started way before that (let’s just say I was the kid who actually liked art class homework). Fast forward 30 years, and I’ve turned that passion into a career helping brands stand out and actually get noticed.
From print to pixels, video to virtual, I’ve worn many hats—designers, creative director, art director—you name it. I’ve crafted marketing campaigns, built brand identities, designed packaging, produced videos, and even dabbled in interactive kiosks (yes, those cool touch-screen displays people can’t resist poking). My work has helped big-name B2B/B2C, retail, entertainment, and tech companies create media that doesn’t just look good—it works.

My experience includes leveraging advanced software tools to oversee production, manage teams, and maintain quality control, all while driving innovation and creative solutions for our clients. I am deeply passionate about fostering environments where creativity thrives, while also ensuring that all aspects of project management—timelines, budgets, and deliverables—are executed efficiently.
