Held accountable for all aspects of quality control and expected to work long hours on a swing shift, up to 16 hours a day. I learned so many great things during my time employed here, mostly related to mechanics and specific quality control methods for papers, inks and other production materials. Loved this opportunity but had to quit because of my school schedule at the time.

 Manager, Tobacco Shop • Monroe, LA 10/2012 - 10/2015 I started this job as an entry level customer service representative and assumed responsibilities including product demonstrations, promoting sales and general store maintenance. After about 18 months I was promoted into management and I was given the responsibilities of a key holder along with scheduling, inventory maintenance/ordering and payroll duties. Within the next 6 months, I had acquired enough management experience to effectively manage both locations and my sales volumes broke records and I was managing both stores without any complication.
