Worked on the i2S staffing project in order to prepare it for proposal submission and execution. Reviewed potential candidate resumes for fit with potential proposal job openings and assigned them in the i2S database. Made suggestions for improvement of the database. Developed comprehensive Excel spreadsheets and formulas from scratch for tracking candidates, openings and developing potential matches. Developed decision analysis Excel spreadsheets to analyze positions and candidates to recommend the best potential matches from almost two thousand positions and several hundred required skills. Developed and maintained Silver Eagle project schedule in Microsoft Project. Developed and updated management plans for Silver Eagle proposal. Helped evaluate and deploy systems used in the Horizontal Fusion initiative and the Information Dominance Center Extensions (IDC-E). Evaluated systems to be deployed at intelligence locations worldwide. Developed and resolved ONI personnel software requirement needs. Helped stand up a new ONI initiative, Requirements Management Office (RMO) using the Rational Unified Process (RUP). Instrumental in slashing the time required to fulfill ONI software requirements in half. Initiated and instituted the use of metrics and data management to track requirement solutions. Involved with all aspects of IT lifecycle from the requirements phase through configuration management, development, and testing. Developed the Integration and Testing Division SharePoint Website. Used data management to forecast future storage requirements based on historical data trends.  Developed and instituted a comprehensive Quality Assurance system from scratch.

Analyzed extremely complex UNISYS 2200/4800 and IBM 9672 systems, programs, and files to identify and solve potential problem areas in an IRS Software Acceptability Testing (SAT) project. Successfully completed work on the IRS Y2K End-to-End software testing project. Hired as junior analyst and promoted to Lead/Senior after one year on the on the project. Managed a seven-man team involved in Y2K testing daily.

Worked in the fields of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) including Communications Intelligence (COMINT) and Electronic Intelligence (ELINT). Produced Serialized Product and Technical Reports. Conducted testing of software upgrades to an intelligence processing architecture consisting of a complex set of software modules. Provided intelligence and database support to COMPASS CALL operations (EC-130H airborne communications jamming platform).   Acted as unit security manager responsible for security briefings, maintaining personnel security information, unit security records and Communication Security (COMSEC) material.
