  • Implemented new proposal process and development for Broadcast RF Systems and Towers.
  • Increased bid revenue to 10% of total sales by revamping the RFP process.
  • Implemented a new web-based configuration/pricing system utilizing customized software from Big Machines®. This program permitted customization of all ERI products as well as managing pricing, product specifications and all other aspects of the proposal generation process.
