I have worked as a team member, trainer, and shift manager, both front of house and back of house. I am adept at food prep, dishwashing, cleaning, cashiering, bussing, serving, assisting with inventory and ordering.

As a shift leader, I conducted daily food and facility safety checks, made deployment charts, trained and supervised team members and filled in on stations as needed. 

I am seeking a team member position because I enjoy working various stations more than handling manager responsibilities and look forward to assuming a position where I can provide exceptional hospitality, service, and great food, which is what I love to do.
