  • Teaching and training: Deliver lectures and create new course content for Nutrition and Food Science classes (Human nutrition, Food Preservation, Functional Food, Food Chemistry), provide analytical instrument, and processing equipment training. 
  • Statistical and data analysis: Hypothesis testing, regression analysis, ANOVA, experimental design, optimization, modeling, handling big data, data visualization, Minitab, SPSS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau.
