Need a pet sitter, babysitter/nanny, help around the house, someone to talk too, help running errends, or a caretaker? I am looking for someone to help out. Have lots of practice with pets and kids.

I am an unemployed full-time student studying healthcare, so my weekends, evenings, and nights are relatively open.

Experience

Being the oldest of 8 kids, and holding the babysitter position at most family gatherings I attend, I have lots of experience with children. some of my siblings have allergies, or sensitivities, one has anaphylactic allergies, which means I know how to handle allergies if the situation where to arises.

I have grown up with guard dogs, guinea pigs, and we currently have a rabbit, so I have some practice with pets. I have cat allergies but can take Claritin for that, but otherwise have now pet allergies. I have been dog sitting for my neighbor on and off for the last 3 years. And I watched my friends 3 dogs, 1 bird, and a guinea pig for 2 weeks straight.

Regarding caretaking, I have a 4-year-old sister who I have spent hours watching during the night, so as to monitor her vitals when she is sick. She has asthma and gets really sick when we have colds. I have other siblings who I have helped care for when sick, as well as my parents. I spent a large portion of my time between the ages of 15 - 16 living with my widowed aunt as she went through cancer. During this time I made meals, did housework, shopped, and provided emotional support. There were a few times I had to help with actual hands-on care but for the most part, I was just a home health aid.

I am currently cleaning my church and have been doing so since August of 2021. This job includes cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing windows, taking the trash out, and organizing books/toys.
