About Vincent Lombrana:

The main functions of being an Assistant General Manager for The Cheesecake Factory are to help cut costs for the restaurant while still exceeding expectations. I have been able to make that happen in Sherman Oaks as I have been able to rebuild the staffing for our front of house staff members and line cooks. Therefore, we have been able to handle a bigger volume and see a consistent increase in sales each week.
 

Another part of my duties are to help save labor throughout the week, and in turn use that saved money on days where the restaurant sees those needs and ultimately save the company money and ensure profit on the busy shifts.
