an average of 125 hours per week.

months. In turn, this lead to Pour Amor becoming the highest rated coffee shop in Hoboken.
● Introduced new beverage and food options quarterly with Social Media input and traffic.

And as a Facilities Concierge at Mastercard in New York City:

● Ensures a smooth and seamless employee and guest experience by communicating warmly, clearly and effectively with the employee, guest, employee host, vendors, etc. to meet the request at hand.

Additionally, with my tenure at Salesforce as a member of an executive culinary team,  my tasks included:

● Hired, onboarded, and retained a 5-member team through proactive leadership and achievement of positive work environment 

● Negotiated new pay, benefits, employee hours, roles, and responsibilities for new incoming hires to maintain high employee morale 

● Adapted to “Work from Home” model by reorganizing team to create online events to engage customers and stakeholders in <6 months 

● Coordinated and facilitated 35+ virtual events each quarter with 100+ attendees by marketing event, creating event content, and selecting hosting platform based on event needs
