● Hired, onboarded, and retained a 5-member team through proactive leadership and achievement of positive work environment
● Negotiated new pay, benefits, employee hours, roles, and responsibilities for new incoming hires to maintain high employee morale
● Adapted to “Work from Home” model by reorganizing team to create online events to engage customers and stakeholders in <6 months
● Coordinated and facilitated 35+ virtual events each quarter with 100+ attendees by marketing event, creating event content, and selecting hosting platform based on event needs
