I hold certifications in Fitness Nutrition, Medical Nutrition (Lincoln University, Malaysia), and Diabetes Education (Indo-Vietnam Board). Additionally, I am certified by ISSA in fitness, have completed Strength and Conditioning training with Daru Strong, Program Designing with Strength Zone, and am an RYT 200 yoga instructor.
