Here are some highlights from my career:

- Currently working as the Director of Cloud Engineering at Locus Robotics where we are building the next generation portal using cutting-edge technology for managing the Locus Robotics solution.

- Worked as the Director of Engineering at UtilityCloud where I setup the engineering processes, offshore development, resource management strategy & long term architectural roadmap.

- Worked as an Engineering Manager & Software Architect in Professional Access where I delivered a multitude of successful projects for major customers, within time & budget.

- I got my first end-to-end product development from scratch product as an Engineering Manager & Software Architect at Professional Access, India.

- The gig started with 4 people from an unpainted office in Bangalore, and today they have 400 people across two cities. The customer had tried to develop the product from scratch multiple times - with different companies across the globe. All previous attempts had failed, but we succeeded.

- Traveled multiple cities, scouring the talent to hire the team which started the product development from scratch. I had zero percent attrition in my team. Some of them still work for the same company.

Since then, I've worked in numerous companies where I've got the opportunity to face the impossible, never done before problem and beat it every time. 

- Fixed issues in Navman Wireless - never before fixed in 8 years. Colleagues in NZ were amazed to see temperate tracking working as designed. Only US developer to meet the project deadline.

- Remember how clunky Ektron eSync & Load Balancing used to work before v8.5? I'm the guy who fixed all the issues for good in 8.5 and beyond. This database sync fix is unavailable even in the MS SQL Server Sync Framework - the only such implementation anywhere in the world.

- When Ektron was acquired by EpiServer in 2014, eSync was the only significant feature that made it across. The major part of the intellectual property carried over was designed & implemented by me.

If it is in the Microsoft Tech Stack + Azure, I am the best person for it. I come with wide experience along with depth.

My Bachelor's degree in Applied Electronics & Instrumentation has often helped me integrate hardware with software engineering effectively. It is my biggest strength.
