Throughout my professional journey, I’ve developed a strong foundation in patient care, leadership, and service excellence. I recently earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science with a concentration in Patient Navigation from Georgia Gwinnett College, where I developed a strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient advocacy, and effective communication. My coursework emphasized coordinating care, understanding medical terminology, and supporting patients through complex health journeys. During my studies, I maintained a 3.3 GPA and was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, which strengthened my leadership and teamwork skills.
