Hi, this is Venkata Sai. I’m an IT Operations and SAP support professional with about four years of experience working across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and regulated environments. I’ve worked at Cognizant supporting SAP, IT operations, access management, and service management, including client projects in pharmaceutical environments like Merck. Most recently at Saint Louis University, I supported enterprise systems, IT workflows, change control, and end-user support. I enjoy acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users, and I’m very interested in roles where I can support operations, improve system reliability, and contribute to business outcomes.

I recently completed my Master’s in Information Systems from Saint Louis University. My coursework focused on enterprise systems, systems analysis and design, database management using SQL, and IT project management. This education gave me a strong foundation in how business processes, enterprise applications like SAP, and IT operations work together, especially in structured and regulated environments.
