- Managed campaign with +150 members, such as Head Start groups and parents, developing meaningful relationships and harnessing their expertise to drive the coalition's mission of achieving affordable and accessible early childhood education in DC, through a lens of racial equity.
- Collaborated with Legislative Director, Policy Director, and Communications Director to strategize yearly campaign plan. Maintained communication with team leads through weekly check-ins to ensure a smooth campaign rollout.
- Worked closely with Communications Team in developing 2 Testimony Toolkits for membership. Toolkits provided sample testimony formats, relevant child care data, and posts for social media. Read testimonies on behalf of early educators to DC Council of the Whole during Budget Season.
- Organized and facilitated monthly coalition meetings with average attendance of +30 members, providing Spanish to English interpretation services. Orchestrated our largest coalition meeting, Advocacy Day at Wilson Building, with +75 parents, teachers, advocates, and staff advocating to Councilmembers about the Pay Equity Fund.
