Valerie Lawson

I have 12 years experience with Manufacturing and Production. Started as an Operator and worked up to Management and Quality Control. I've seen from all levels first hand the need to be aware of the ability to be flexible to any changes within the guidelines of the company's ability to be productive. I do believe that a healthy work environment can make the difference between a job and a career.

My professional experience in these environments is never to underestimate the people with whom you work with. Everyone has talents and being able to utilize their talents will do nothing but help the company. I believe in “teamwork makes the dream work and individual drive makes the team thrive.” I also believe a happy worker will allow the employee to feel better about reporting to work; therefore encouraging a better work experience and encourage a better attitude towards attendance and punctuality.
