I specialize in event technology management, registration systems (CVENT), user-centered design, and effective vendor coordination. With a decade of experience, I am an accomplished Event Technologist at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. In my current role, I specialize in integrating technology with events to deliver exceptional experiences and managing the setup, maintenance, and enhancements of CVENT registration software for Foundation-wide events. Notably, I led the tech aspects of the prestigious Summit on Improvement in Education, designed engaging event platforms, and set foundation-wide tech standards for operational excellence. I excel in managing vendors, providing top-notch customer service, and empowering on-site teams. My expertise spans event tech from registration to live streaming, and I am a quick problem solver under tight deadlines. As a former Program Coordinator, I also contributed to the foundation's mission of using improvement science to address educational inequities, orchestrating event logistics, and introducing new technologies to enhance procedural practices. Before this, as a Membership Coordinator at the Masons of California, I enhanced the membership experience through efficient administrative practices and coordinated logistics for statewide academic conferences. My skills include virtual events, conference organization, non-profit management, analytical skills, event production, and proficiency in various technologies such as CVENT, Webex, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, and Zoom.
