• Developed, and managed test cases, scheduled testing cycles, and release dates using Zephyr in Jira.
• Performed hands-on writing Test Plans and Test Cases for both functional and non-functional testing, developed and ran test automation in SahiPro, API testing with SoapUI, Load-Performance testing in JMeter and OWASP Security Penetration testing using Burp Suite.
• Prepared SQL scripts to perform data validation and verify/modify user data in MS SQL Server and Oracle DB Server.
• Managed defects in Jira and provided defect and test status reports to the project management team weekly.
• Responsible for completing Regression testing in time with final sign-off on all releases, ensuring QA has met a standard which included collaboration with Development & CS teams to ensure completion of backlog.
• Participated in Daily Standup meetings, Sprint planning and communicated the details related to QA.
