• Digital Service Modernization: Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions to enhance citizen services, automate workflows, and improve mission outcomes.
• Data Strategy & Readiness: Assessing data maturity and building robust data governance frameworks that support responsible and scalable AI adoption.
• Cross-Agency & Global Collaboration: Facilitating partnerships to accelerate innovation in AI-quantum integration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure resilience.
• AI Software Development: Supporting agencies in applying AI to software development, code analysis, and operational automation.
• LLM Customization: Fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) for agency-specific tasks like FOIA automation, contract analysis, and threat detection.
