Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Supervisor, Hoke County Schools, (August 2017-present).  Organize local speech-language pathology program. Conduct monthly speech meetings to provide county speech-language pathologists with procedural and compliance updates as well as provide opportunities for continuing education development.  Collaborate with local administrators in developing policy and procedural guidelines for services as well as problem solving team.  Provide interdisciplinary assessments with the preschool team, school age, and autism team.  Conduct screenings and evaluations including authentic assessment for all county preschool through high school students. Provide diagnostic and treatment for speech language disorders to preschool age children to young adults.  Services provided to populations including, but not limited to autism, Down’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, and cystic hygromas.  Conduct meetings; provide consultation services.

Provide geriatric patients with treatment and diagnostic sessions including but not limited to stroke, articulation, language, dysphagia, dementia, Alzheimer’s, and aphasia; provide treatment and diagnostic sessions in the areas of articulation and language for the children and adolescent units.  Conduct adult hearing screenings.  Document subjective, objective, assessment, and plan information as well as progress notes in patient’s charts on a weekly basis.
