I am an ambitious, fast paced, compassionate, fair person!! Food Service is my passion! I am currently enrolled in University of Florida on to obtain my Certification as (CDM) CERTIFIED DIETARY MANAGER.

Experience

I having been working in the food service industry for 15+ years. I currently hold 2 certifications in food service. I have obtain my food service manager Certification from  ServSafe and also my FSM LEVEL 1 which is Food Service management Certification. I have held my Certification for 2 years ( present). I have also worked as a food manager for a Juvenile Correctional Facility for 1 year. 

Education

I have my Associates Degree in Arts Criminal Justice. Also I passed the Louisian state protective service exam 2100.
