About Universal BioProducts:

Universal BioProducts mission is to pioneer three-dimensional (3D) cell-based screening assays to safely reduce the time-to-market of new drugs. There is already a clinical need for increased availability of donor tissue for many surgical procedures. Universal BioProducts will leverage innovative tissue engineering platform technologies to develop and commercialize acellular tissue matrices to meet these needs to ultimately benefit the 3D In Vitro Tissue Engineering market.Our bio scaffold encourages cell infiltration and tissue formation. The tissue is fully regenerated and functional by the time the polymer degrades and is eliminated.Our Universal matrices demonstrate excellent biocompatibility, resistance to calcification, rapid and successful regeneration in vivo and possess the same biomechanical properties as native tissue.The company is initially concentrating on developing a portfolio of products to address various needs in the cardiovascular, neurodegenerative diseases include Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Huntington’s disease and In vitro 3D market segments.
