Tyler Stout

I have worked in retail as a supervisor/manager for a total of ten years. I have worked for both Target and Walmart. I am passionate about helping people and making sure their needs are taken care of to the best of my ability. My goal is to grow and develop skills that would allow me to enter the medical field and enter a world where that kind of service is both needed and appreciated. I am able to master skills of problem solving and de-escalating people and their temperaments. I am constantly wanting to grow and develop my own skill sets so I can do my work efficiently and to the best of my ability. I strive to be better each day in whatever I do.

Walmart- 9 years, associate, Department Manager, Team Lead, Assistant Manager

Target- 1 year (still presently working) Team Lead
