Tyler Secrest

'm the Youth Director at North Kitsap Baptist Church, where I’ve served since 2024. I lead all aspects of the Youth Ministry—writing messages, planning events, equipping a leadership team, and staying responsive to the real needs of students. I’m passionate about helping youth grow in their faith, navigate life with purpose, and build lasting community rooted in Christ.

Professionally, I’ve been in client service and operations roles for over six years. I currently work full-time as an Account Executive at Sound Cleaning Resources, where I manage accounts across the Greater Seattle Area. My strengths include relationship management, strategic planning, and consistent service execution.

Before that, I worked in education as a paraeducator, helping middle school students both academically and emotionally. I also spent time in nonprofit marketing at Masterworks, coordinating campaigns for ministries like Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and Love Worth Finding.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University, which I completed in one semester, and an associate’s degree from Olympic College.

What drives me—whether in ministry or the marketplace—is doing meaningful work with clarity, character, and consistency.
