Services offered
I am passionate about purpose-driven work and thrive in environments where I can connect with people, solve challenges, and create meaningful impact. After moving to South Florida to be a yacht broker, but I realized that my true calling lies in fundraising and nonprofit development, where I can use my skills to help organizations grow, engage communities, and drive change.
My experience in nonprofit fundraising started during COVID, when I helped Sober AF Entertainment, a nonprofit, raise thousands of dollars by coordinating an 88-artist virtual music festival; something I had never done before, but executed seamlessly. That experience showed me the power of bringing people together for a greater cause, and I’ve been hooked on nonprofit fundraising ever since. I am able to adapt quickly and figure out solutions for problems that abruptly arise.
I am a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a natural connector who is always looking for innovative ways to generate support for important causes. Whether it’s donor outreach, event planning, sponsorship development, or creative marketing, I am committed to making an impact and helping nonprofits achieve their goals.
Let’s connect! I’m always open to collaboration, brainstorming, and new opportunities to drive positive change.
Experience
During one of the toughest times for all of us—when uncertainty, isolation, and financial struggles were at their peak; I stepped up to help Sober AF Entertainment, a nonprofit dedicated to providing sober experiences at music and sporting events. They were struggling to stay afloat, and despite having no prior experience in fundraising or event management, I came up with the idea of a virtual music festival to bring people together and generate support.
With nothing but care, motivation, and a deep belief in community, I took on the challenge and made a key connection that gave me access to 88 artists, including well-known names like 3OH!3, Deorro, Sam Feldt, Disco Lines, and Aash Mehta. I found and mastered the streaming software, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. I handled marketing, creating ad videos from scratch, engaging attendees through live chat, responding in real time, giving out prizes, and managing the entire event’s technical side.
The result? Thousands of dollars raised and a struggling nonprofit given a lifeline. More than just a fundraiser, it became a beacon of hope, uniting people when they needed it most. As you can tell, I’m a self-starter, and when I’m passionate about something, it shows through dedication and results. I take on challenges headfirst, learn as I go, and do whatever it takes to succeed. And because of this effort, Sober AF Entertainment not only survived but emerged from COVID stronger than before, ready to continue its mission on an even greater scale.
