I hold a Master’s in Health Administration (MHA) with a concentration in Leadership, equipping me with a strong foundation in organizational strategy, governance, and change management within the healthcare sector. Building on this expertise, I am an Executive Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration (EDBA) at an AACSB-accredited R1 research institution, where I have successfully completed all coursework and am now advancing into my dissertation research on nonprofit change management. My studies focus on how mission-driven organizations navigate transformation while maintaining long-term sustainability.
