• I've recently completed an eligibility and benefits software implementation project working with internal customers at a major health insurance company, where I was able to utilize my data analysis and systems integration skills to learn all of the intricacies of setting up groups for open enrollment. I am excited to bring that experience with me to my next role. 
• I am particularly interested in collaborating, developing, implementing, and training in healthcare software systems, from the perspective of a seasoned medical office professional.
•  My experiences also lend well to roles such as Insurance Verification Specialist, Revenue Cycle Consultant, and Medical Transcriptionist.
• I have experience with Epic, SIS, Meditech, SalesConnect, as well as a host of other healthcare information software systems, and adapt easily to learning new software.
