I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Virginia State University and have hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT environments within local government.

Currently, I serve as an IT Asset Analyst for the City of Chesapeake, where I act as a subject matter expert in IT asset management. In this role, I oversee the full asset lifecycle—from procurement and inventory tracking to audits, reporting, and end-of-life disposal—while maintaining accurate ServiceNow records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. I regularly collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to improve processes, control costs, and maximize the value of IT investments.

Previously, I worked as a Computer Support Technician, providing frontline technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, documenting incidents, and assisting users across the enterprise. This experience strengthened my customer service skills, technical troubleshooting abilities, and understanding of IT service management workflows.
