With a strong foundation in instructional leadership, strategic planning, and culture-building, I specialize in turning around underperforming schools and guiding them toward sustainable success.

As an assistant principal, author, and thought partner, I bring a unique blend of visionary leadership and grounded, results-driven practice. I am a veteran educator and transformational leader with nearly 30 years of experience in public education, including over 15 years in Georgia. I have served as a teacher, instructional coach, and assistant principal at the high school and middle school levels.
